Bluehost says its new AI agents can help small businesses build, grow, and run an online presence around the clock, from creating a website to managing store operations and handling customer queries.

In a press release shared with TechRadar Pro this week, the company said the tools are designed for users without technical experience. Customers can interact with the agents using plain-English prompts, with support for tasks including lead capture, appointment booking, answering questions, and running online stores.

“Our customers aren’t developers, and they shouldn’t have to think like one. We build for the florist, the electrician, the therapist who wants a site or store that runs itself, and books appointments while they run their business.”

Salim Ali, Chief Marketing Officer, Bluehost

Bluehost has split the rollout into several products:

  • Bluehost AI Site Builder: an agentic website builder focused on simplifying site creation while supporting design and SEO best practices
  • Bluehost AI Store: a tool for online sellers that provides reports on orders, customers, inventory, payments, and sales channels
  • Bluehost AI Front Desk Agent: a 24/7 receptionist and sales assistant for missed calls, messages, and visitor questions

The company said these features build on its four-in-one LLM pack and no-code agent creation options. Bluehost is pitching the broader lineup as a way for small businesses to access capabilities typically associated with much larger companies.

“AI shouldn’t stop at building a website. It should help you answer customers, manage appointments, sell products, and grow your business. Our vision is simple: give every small business the capabilities of a much larger company without the complexity or cost. Every AI capability we build is guided by one principle: save time, reduce complexity, and help entrepreneurs focus on serving their customers, not learning another tool.”

Sachin Puri, CEO, Bluehost Group and Network Solutions Group

Bluehost also says it offers other AI-powered tools for small businesses, including an AI domain name generator, an all-in-one access pack to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok, AI copywriting and content tools, AI agent hosting for developers, and GatorClaw AI agent builder for creating and deploying AI agents.
