Musk Denies Report of a $52 Billion Nvidia Chip Order
Elon Musk says reports that SpaceX ordered $52 billion worth of Nvidia GB300 AI server hardware are false.

Elon Musk has publicly denied reports that SpaceX placed a $52 billion order for Nvidia GB300 accelerators. Responding to a viral social media post, Musk said simply: “This is fake news.”
The claim circulating online said SpaceX was planning to deploy more than 13,000 racks of AI servers built around Nvidia GB300 chips. Based on an estimated price of about $4 million per rack, the rumored contract was said to be worth roughly $52 billion.

According to the report Musk rejected, the deal would have marked Foxconn’s first order to manufacture AI servers for Musk’s aerospace company.
The same rumor also claimed deliveries would begin in late 2026 and that the systems would be used to expand the Colossus computing infrastructure.
