Siri AI gets an early verdict on Engadget’s latest podcast

Engadget’s newest podcast breaks down the public betas for iOS 27 and macOS Golden Gate, plus the strange reports around OpenAI’s AI speaker.

Apple has now released the public betas for iOS 27, macOS Golden Gate and its other new software, setting up the latest episode of the Engadget Podcast.

In the episode, Devindra Hardawar and Nathan Ingraham discuss their early impressions of Siri AI and the performance gains in Apple’s latest releases. Their takeaway: Siri AI looks genuinely useful so far, and may be less irritating for everyday users than Microsoft’s Copilot.
