Yandex spins out Flowers app for bouquets and gifts
Yandex has launched a standalone Flowers app for bouquets and gifts, expanding a delivery business that now spans 3,000 sellers in 300+ Russian cities.

Yandex has launched Yandex Flowers, a standalone app for ordering bouquets and gifts, spinning the service out from the flower-delivery category it introduced in Yandex Food in 2022. The new app is focused only on floral arrangements and gifts, aiming to make it easier to find the right option.
Users can filter orders by price, flower type, and delivery time. The catalog includes both classic bouquets and more unusual arrangements. Delivery time and pricing depend on the seller and the distance to the recipient, but orders arrive in about an hour on average. If the order is handled by a Yandex courier, delivery remains free regardless of purchase amount.

After checkout, users can track order status and chat with the seller to confirm details. Yandex also says the service will later add curated selections for holidays and special occasions, along with the ability to send a bouquet using only a phone number instead of the recipient’s address.
The gifts category is also set to expand with certificates, desserts, and other add-ons. What began as a flower-delivery feature inside Yandex Food now brings together more than 3,000 sellers across more than 300 cities in Russia. In the first quarter of 2026, flower sales rose by more than two times compared with the same period a year earlier.
