Apple releases iOS 27 beta 4 to developers
Apple has seeded the fourth iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 developer betas, arriving two weeks after beta 3 with Siri AI and performance tweaks.

Apple has released the fourth developer betas of iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, arriving two weeks after the third betas.
Registered developers can install the updates from the Settings app on iPhone or iPad by going to General > Software Update.
According to MacRumors, iOS 27 brings Apple’s upgraded assistant, Siri AI. Apple describes it as a chatbot similar to ChatGPT, combining general world knowledge, personal data from apps such as Messages and Mail, and onscreen awareness to answer questions and surface information.
The update also adds new Apple Intelligence features across Photos, Safari, Shortcuts, Wallet, and Passwords. Apple has introduced a standalone Siri app for conversations, made Write with Siri available systemwide for text generation and writing feedback, and moved Visual Intelligence into the Camera app with a new Siri mode.
Apple has also continued refining the Liquid Glass interface, including a new slider to adjust transparency. MacRumors says the release includes multiple performance improvements aimed at making iPhones feel faster, including quicker app launches, faster AirDrop transfers, a more responsive keyboard, and smoother switching between Wi‑Fi and Cellular.
