Oppo A7 Pro Max leak points to 10,000mAh battery

A leaked spec sheet for the Oppo A7 Pro Max centers on one standout number: a 10,000mAh battery. If the leak is accurate, Oppo is preparing one of the biggest batteries seen in a mainstream smartphone, while still keeping the device relatively slim.

According to the report, the phone will feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with a flat panel, 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. The body is said to measure 8.47mm thick and weigh about 226 grams.

Powering the device is reportedly Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 5, unveiled in May. That points to a familiar tradeoff: efficiency and long battery life over benchmark-chasing performance. Rival brands including Samsung, Honor, and Xiaomi have already pushed batteries into the 6,000mAh to 7,000mAh range, but 10,000mAh is still unusual for a mass-market phone.

There is still no word on memory configurations, so it is not yet clear whether Oppo sees this as a basic endurance-first handset or a more ambitious midrange model. But if these details hold up, the A7 Pro Max could stand out in the A series for one reason above all: combining a 10,000mAh battery, 80W charging, and a relatively thin chassis remains rare.
