Rogbid is pitching a handheld fan that does more than blow air. The new Rogbid Breeze costs $39.99 and combines an aluminum unibody, a semiconductor cooling plate, a display, LED lighting, and 199 adjustable speed levels.
The standout feature sits in the center of the fan head: a Peltier-based cooling plate. It uses the same basic approach found in external coolers for gaming phones such as RedMagic and Black Shark. In cooling mode, the metal surface drops in temperature and can be applied directly to the skin.
That premium push extends to the build. Instead of the plastic shells common in this category, Rogbid uses a full aluminum alloy body. In a market where brands like Jisulife typically compete on price, size, and battery life, that is unusual.

Rogbid says Breeze includes:
- an aluminum unibody
- a cooling plate with a semiconductor module
- a motor rated up to 13,000 rpm
- 199 speed levels
- a digital display showing battery percentage
- a 6,000mAh battery
- USB-C charging
- an LED flashlight with SOS and strobe modes
Airflow comes from a proprietary motor spinning a seven-blade impeller, with air moving through a front grille with a honeycomb structure. Instead of a few fixed presets, Rogbid uses a control wheel for fine adjustment, letting users tune both airflow and noise more precisely.
There are a few practical touches, too. The head tilts up to 145 degrees, so the fan can be set on a desk and used as a small tabletop unit. A carabiner is built into the bottom of the handle for attaching it to a backpack or lanyard.
The fan is already on sale in Moonlight Silver and Tech Black. The article notes that portable fan demand has grown in 2026 amid hotter weather and a surge in USB-C accessories, with popular marketplace models typically selling for $20 to $50. On price, Breeze fits squarely in that range, but the metal body and cooling plate make it stand out.
