Rogbid has introduced the Breeze portable fan, a $40 device that stands out from typical handheld fans with a full-metal aluminum-alloy body and an integrated active cooling system.
At the center of the fan is a semiconductor cooling plate based on a Peltier element. When a dedicated mode is enabled, the plate’s surface cools quickly, allowing the device to be pressed against the skin for faster temperature relief.
Airflow comes from a proprietary motor that reaches up to 13,000 rpm and spins a seven-blade fan. Instead of fixed presets, Rogbid uses a stepless control wheel with 199 power levels. A small display shows both the selected speed and the battery’s exact charge level.

The Rogbid Breeze is powered by a 6,000 mAh battery and charges over USB-C. Its hinged design lets the fan head tilt up to 145 degrees, so it can also be used as a desktop fan.
A built-in carabiner at the bottom of the handle is meant for attaching it to a backpack or belt. Rogbid also includes an LED flashlight with three modes: standard lighting, SOS, and strobe.
