According to the report, RuStore has become one of the places where Android users in Russia can find key services, while developers use it as a platform for their apps. The sale to management means the marketplace will continue to operate under the team already responsible for its development.

That team is expected to keep shipping updates, adding new features, and maintaining the store for users, developers, and partners. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
