A Xiaomi 18 series phone has surfaced in China’s SRRC certification database ahead of any official announcement, and the details point to the likely Xiaomi 18 Pro. The device appears under model number M154FF, with UWB support listed in the filing.
That kind of feature usually shows up on a company’s higher-end model rather than a standard flagship. Leaker Digital Chat Station also said the listing includes support for N79 5G. On its own, that is a routine certification detail, but paired with UWB it adds weight to the idea that this is Xiaomi’s top-tier model.
UWB is typically used in pricier phones for precise positioning, accessory interaction, and fast cross-device features. Xiaomi has not said anything publicly about the Xiaomi 18 lineup, but leaks around the series have been building.
The same leaker previously said the 18 Pro is being tested with a 2 nm flagship chip expected to launch as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, along with a display with very thin bezels and large rounded corners. He also mentioned a dual 200-megapixel camera setup, centered on the main camera and a telephoto unit.

Early details also point to a battery of around 7000 mAh, plus 100 W wired and 100 W wireless charging. Other expected features include stereo speakers, a larger vibration motor, and a dedicated private screen mode similar to Samsung’s approach.
For comparison, the current Xiaomi 17 Pro debuted in September with a 6.3-inch display, a starting price of 4,999 yuan, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Its specs already included a 6,300 mAh battery, 100 W wired charging, 50 W wireless charging, a rear Magic Screen, and a triple Leica camera led by a 50 MP Light Hunter 950L main sensor.
That makes the Xiaomi 18 Pro look like Xiaomi’s next attempt to raise the bar again. And because SRRC filings usually show up late in the run-up to launch, the official reveal may not be far off. If Xiaomi sticks to its usual schedule, the announcement could come in the fall, right as flagship competition in China heats up with releases from Honor, vivo, and Oppo.
