Xiaomi’s $35 shaver promises 90 days per charge
Xiaomi has unveiled the Mijia Electric Shaver with a 90-day battery claim, IPX7 water resistance, and a motor rated at 5 million movements per minute.

Xiaomi has introduced the new Mijia Electric Shaver, and it is already up for preorder on Xiaomi Youpin for 199.75 yuan ($29.5). After the launch promotion ends, the recommended retail price will rise to 249 yuan, or about $35.
The standout feature is a new ring-shaped stubble capture design, which is meant to guide hairs toward the blades more effectively and reduce missed spots while shaving.
Xiaomi says the shaver uses a dual shaving system with three blades and a high-speed motor capable of up to 5 million movements per minute. According to the company, that setup helps cut down on missed hairs and lowers the risk of pulling or pinching stubble.
The device also supports intelligent adaptive power adjustment, automatically changing motor speed based on beard density. The new Mijia Electric Shaver is rated IPX7, so the body can be fully rinsed with water after use.
