Pixel 11a leak points to Tensor G6 and 8GB RAM
Early Pixel 11a leaks say Google will keep 8GB of RAM and a 6.3-inch 120Hz display, while upgrading the phone to the new Tensor G6.

Early leaks suggest Google’s Pixel 11a will keep much of the formula from its predecessor while picking up the company’s latest Tensor G6 chip. Unlike the rest of the Pixel 11 lineup, which is expected in August, the more affordable model is said to arrive in the spring.
The report says the Pixel 11a will use the same Tensor G6 SoC as the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. That would be a notable jump from the Pixel 10a, which used Tensor G4, the same chip as the Pixel 9a.
Other leaked specs point to 8GB of RAM again, with a 6.3-inch display at Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Peak HDR brightness is said to rise to 3350 cd/m².

Battery details are less clear. The source Mystic Leaks lists capacity at 4870mAh, but as a minimum figure. Since the Pixel 10a has a 5100mAh battery, the source notes it would be surprising if the new model ended up worse on that front.
There is still no information on the cameras. The Pixel 10a uses the same camera setup as the Pixel 9a, and it is not yet known whether Google will change that for the new device.
The Pixel 11a is expected in four colors: black, olive, purple, and silver.
