Tesla positions the bike as a way for children to build balance before moving to a standard bicycle. The box includes the tools needed for assembly.

According to Electrek, the product is now on sale in the Tesla Shop. The specifications listed for the Tesla Balance Bike for Kids are:

  • Age: 2 to 5
  • Frame: lightweight magnesium
  • Seat: 5 levels of adjustment
  • Minimum inseam: 35 cm
  • Maximum load: 35 kg
  • In the box: assembly tools

In the US, the bike costs $225. The source notes that this is about 18,000 rubles at the current exchange rate. That places it close to premium rivals: the Woom 1 sells for $249, while the Strider 14x Sport costs $220. By comparison, many standard balance bikes on the market sell for $50–120.

That pricing suggests Tesla is not chasing the mass market. The company has not disclosed sales timing outside the US, leaving open whether the bike will remain a niche product for Tesla fans or expand alongside the automaker’s other merchandise experiments.
