Galaxy Z Fold8 Wide leaks in full before launch
Fresh renders show Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold8 Wide in four colors, with a wider 5.5-inch outer screen and a reinforced Flex Titanium hinge.

A day before Samsung is set to unveil it, the Galaxy Z Fold8 Wide has appeared in detailed renders that leave little to the imagination. The leak, published by Roland Quandt, appears to confirm the foldable flagship’s design, dimensions, and color lineup, while also highlighting Samsung’s push for a tougher hinge.
The renders show the phone in cream, graphite, and lavender, while earlier reports say a pistachio version will be limited to Samsung’s online store. That kind of split has become common for foldables, where brands use exclusive colors to pad out the lineup and steer buyers toward specific stores or preorders.
The biggest visible change is the outer display. According to the leak, it measures 5.5 inches with a 16:10 aspect ratio, paired with thin, nearly symmetrical bezels. For the Fold series, that matters: Samsung has spent several generations trying to make the cover screen more usable for messaging, browsing, and video without making the folded device overly bulky.
If earlier details hold, the inside screen will be a 7.6-inch OLED with a 4:3 aspect ratio. Samsung is also said to be using a Flex Titanium hinge, built with a titanium film and a flexible titanium plate. The company is said to be aiming for a more durable mechanism, a less visible crease, and better image quality on the main display.

On paper, that is familiar high-end hardware. In foldables, though, the details that tend to matter most are thickness, cover-screen usability, and how visible the crease remains after months of use.
Samsung will reveal the full details at Galaxy Unpacked in London on 22 July. By now, the question is less whether the Fold can still surprise and more whether this update is enough to hold attention in a foldables market that is no longer exotic — just expensive and increasingly competitive.
