Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event is set for Wednesday, July 22, with the company expected to unveil new foldables and smartwatches — and possibly a few extra devices it hasn’t fully shown yet.

According to ZDNET, Samsung’s mobile launch event takes place in London at 6 p.m. ET, and the core announcements should include the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Galaxy Z Flip 8, Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, and Galaxy Watch 9. Early reports also point to a redesigned foldable, potentially a wider Galaxy Z Fold 8 with what Samsung has described as a “brand new shape.”

Rumors cited by the outlet suggest that version could bring a 5,000 mAh battery, a dual camera setup, and a more tablet-like aspect ratio. Samsung has been teasing a new foldable design, so this is one of the more closely watched possibilities going into the event.

Samsung is also expected to introduce two new watches, but ZDNET says the company may skip the Classic model this year. If that happens, buyers looking for the rotating bezel design would have to stick with the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic from last year. The regular Galaxy Watch 9 is rumored to get the usual annual upgrades, including a new processor and a larger battery.

Two other devices remain more speculative. Hon Pak, Samsung’s Senior Vice President and Head of the Digital Health Team, has confirmed that a second-generation Galaxy Ring is in development, though there’s little indication it will arrive next week.

More intriguing is the prospect of Galaxy XR Glasses. In February, Samsung mobile executive vice president Jay Kim said the glasses would launch later this year. ZDNET says Samsung has indicated the device will include an eye-level camera and tie into the wider Galaxy ecosystem, rather than operate as a standalone product.

To watch the keynote, Samsung says to tune in on July 22 at 9 a.m. ET via Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, or Samsung’s YouTube channel. The company is also offering a $30 reservation credit ahead of Unpacked, plus trade-in offers of up to $1,200 off a new Galaxy device.
